What Happens After Everyone Has Signed

The last signature triggers a chain of automatic events, worth knowing so you never wonder "do I need to send this to anyone?" 

The Completion Sequence 

1.  The request status flips to Completed the instant the final signer clicks Finish. 

2.  Inkfree cryptographically seals the documents; any byte changed afterward becomes detectable. 

3.  The certificate of completion is generated, packaging the full audit trail. Its final hash lets you verify later that the trail has not been altered. 

4.  Final documents are emailed to everyone: each signer, the sender, and every CC recipient. 

5.  You're notified, and the completed request stays permanently accessible in your account. 

Nothing Left To Do 

Distribution is fully automatic: no manual forwarding, no "final version" confusion. The only optional step: download the document and certificate into your own archive for important agreements.
